**The above rates are based on 2 adults and dependent children (under the age of 15 yrs), plus one regular vehicle and an RV unit per site. A midweek discount of 10% will be offered for arrival before 6/20 and after 9/9 (these dicounts do not apply to the Week or Month rates or weekends and holidays.)

  6.   Guest Rate Fees -
Any registered camper who is having guests must advise the office that they are coming, fill out the appropriate forms, and advise us who will be responsible for the fees. Any guest staying over 1 hour will be charged one of the following fees.
    1. Day Guest - 8 a.m. thru 8 p.m.
      Adults (15 and over) $8 per adult per day
      Children (6-14 years) $5 per child per day
    2. Overnight Guest
      Adults (15 and over) $10 per adult per night
      Children (6-14 years) $6 per child per night
    3. Guest Vehicle Parking
      1. Day Guest after checking in at the office and acquiring a day visitor pass must park in the day visitor lot at the front of the campground. If needed, they can get a golf cart ride to your site.
      2. Overnight Guest after stopping at the office and acquiring an overnight guest pass may enter the campground and park in the overflow parking lots within the campground. If needed, they can get a golf cart ride to your site.
    4. All day guests must leave the campground by 8:00 PM.
    5. The registered camper is responsible for their guest(s).
    6. Visitors are not allowed to bring PETS.
    7. Drive-in unannounced visitors will not be allowed in the campground.
  7.   Reservations -    
    1. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, mail or in person. We strongly recommend advance reservation for holiday and peak times.
    2. A one night deposit will be required to guarantee your registration.
      1. Holiday periods require full payment 10 days before arrival to guarantee your registration.
    3. Cancellation policy & refunds are as follows -
      1. 100% refund when cancelled up to 21 days before arrival.
      2. 50% refund when cancelled up to 7 days before arrival
      3. No refund when cancelled 0-7 days before arrival.
  8.   Trailer Storage -    
    1. Per Day - $3.00
    2. Per Month - $80.00
    3. Trailer Moving (on & off site) - $8.00 each way
9.   On-Site Pumping Services - $10.00 (Gray/Black Water)

10.   RV Repairs - $40.00 per hour plus parts.

11.   Pets -

    We welcome pets as long as they are leashed and under control at all times. You are required to clean up after your pets. Never leave your pet unattended. Any violations of these rules or pets that are unruly will be asked to leave with their owners immediately. (Certain aggressive breeds are not allowed.) Only one pet per site without prior management approval.

Any persons violating the above policy will be asked to leave the campground immediately.
