We welcome you to the beautiful Franconia Notch area, comfortably settled in the great White Mountains of New Hampshire. Within a few minutes drive you and your family will be in some of the most magnificent natural settings that New England has to offer. A short list would include the Old Man of the Mountain, made and taken away by Mother Nature herself. Ride the Cannon Mountain Tramway to the top and see a view that you will likely never forget. At the other end of the Notch is the Flume, yet another spectacular natural wonder. On your return to Fransted, stop at Echo Lake for a refreshing swim in Franconia's mountain lake.
When you are our guest, 
you will enjoy a quiet country brook which flows through the campground. Fish for your dinner (you will need a license) or cool off right by your campsite. Conveniently only one mile away you will find groceries, service and gas stations, shops, restaurants, churches and hardware.
Our season starts May 1, and continues until Columbus Day for our tenting guests. We offer three-way hookups for our summer camping trailer guests.
Just so you know, we have 70+ wooded tent sites, each with its own personality which, if available, may be reserved for your camping vacation. See Map
And let us not forget our trailer guests. For them we offer over 40 4-way hookup sites, which can accommodate the biggest of rigs. Reservations are gladly accepted to help plan your summer vacation.
